Eliza Ann Jane Fox nee Ottley

Great great Grandma Fox nee Ottley was born in 1826, probably in Ireland as she married great great grandad Wiloughby prior to him taking up the post of Derbyshire Chief Constable when he was a member of the Irish Constabulary. They had two children. A daughter of whom I know nothing and great grandad Ernest William. She died in 1871.
